7. Candidate Applications: Candidates must apply for positions they are genuinely interested and qualified for. Repeated spam applications or providing false information will result in account suspension.

8. Interview and Hiring Process: HireHub IT Solutions acts as a mediator during the interview and hiring process. Clients and Candidates are responsible for conducting due diligence and verifying information before making any hiring decisions.

9. Fees and Payment: Clients may be subject to service fees for successful candidate placements. Payment details and terms will be communicated separately to the Clients.

10. Termination of Service: HireHub IT Solutions reserves the right to terminate services or accounts of Clients or Candidates found violating these terms and conditions or engaging in any fraudulent activities.

11. Liability: HireHub IT Solutions is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to, unsuccessful job placements, data breaches, or technical issues.

12. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time, and users will be notified of any changes.
